Library charges and concessions
The Library Service charges for some of its services. The charges are listed in a separate document which you can access below.

Concessions on the charges for some services and for the late return of borrowed items are available to:

• unemployed customers,
• customers in receipt of income or pension support,
• students in full-time education,
• adults on Skills for Life courses or with an identified literacy need,
• customers who have a severe visual or hearing impairment.

Concessions on hall and room hire charges are available to registered charities and not-for-profit voluntary and community sector organisations whose beneficiaries are resident in the London Borough of Richmond upon Thames. 

Customers and groups will be asked to verify their eligibility for concessions.
