Children's drama starring Dawn French as Beatrix Potter. The film is based on the real-life meeting between Potter and six-year-old Roald Dahl (Harry Tayler). Following the death of his father, young Roald takes solace in the books he reads, resulting in him wishing to meet with the author who wrote them. When his mother Sofie (Jessica Hynes) agrees to this they go on an adventure to the Lake District where Roald's imagination is allowed to run wild.
