Material created or compiled in the course of research on Sudbrook Lodge, Hatch Court, Sudbrook Cottages, St Michael's Convent and Avenue Lodge. Includes handwritten and typed drafts of accounts of the history of ownership and tenancy of the houses, research notes and chronologies on the houses, a guide produced by St. Michael's Convent, copies of newspaper articles and photographs in books and magazines, copies of drawings in books, and plans. Also contains a copy of advertisements for a house on Ham Common which appeared in Country Life in 1971. The copy is undated, but may have been created in the 1990s. Also contains an undated copy of a newspaper article from 9 September 1960, and undated copies of pictures of houses in Ham and Petersham in a book. There are handwritten notes of property sales in 1986-1988, so the notes (which are undated) must have been created after this, and may have been created in the 1990s.
