A pad of research notes on various topics relating to Ham and Petersham compiled by Evelyn Pritchard from archival records, including tenancy agreements of The Elms (20 October 1929), a plan of Avenue Lodge (Jan 1933), the Petersham manor court book (c. 1810 - 1815), a sale by the Dysart family (1949), Ham manorial court books (1817 - 1823), a 1609 survey of Petersham, a Kingston tithe map, 'The Thames Highway. Vol I. Fred. S. Thacker 1914' and the Tollemache estate papers. Also includes drafts of articles on the Tollemache family.
There are some notes on the front page of the pad whose meaning is unclear, and post-it notes attached to various pages with notes of unclear meaning.
The first page has a date of 21 February 1994, which is presumably the dates that the notes were written. Various other pages are annotated with later dates. The page headed 'Kingston Tithe Map' is dated 20 March 1995, which is the last date that appears. Subsequent pages are not dated.
